I recently headed to California to check out Modernism Week, a celebration of the midcentury architecture in Palm Springs.  There are all kinds of events and homes that are open for touring over the course of the week, but one of my favorites was definitely the West Elm House.  It's a 1950's home with a fabulous pool, and it has been completely decorated in head to toe West Elm.  The fresh and fun store vibes always inspire me, and this home contains West Elm furniture, bedding, and accessories that wow you around every corner.  I love that you can even rent this house- and it's not even as pricey as you would think!  The house sleeps 6, so if you can divide the cost with 5 other people, you can stay June-December for the whole week starting at $370 per person.  As if the eye candy factor wasn't exciting enough, there is also bocce court to keep you entertained!  Enjoy these scenes that caught my eye.

Below I've shared some of my favorite pieces I found in the house.  I have to get one of those llamas, stat!  I greatly appreciate you purchasing through these links, because it gives me a commission that helps keep this blog up and running.

I met the best people from West Elm's NY office and the Palm Springs store (they even let me pop up in-store to sell some products from my online shop)!  We had quite a weekend, and I definitely feel like I have some fun new cronies to call on when I head to the Big Apple again!  To see even more photos from the West Elm House taken by my new pal Landon Vonderschmidt, head to the West Elm blog, Front + Main!
