This Valentine's Day I sent out some extra special love!  I always love crafting random cheesy valentines for my girlfriends, but this year I got to mail a few postcards I designed with the talented Kristen Solecki.  She has some great prints available at West Elm (Charleston location), and together we came up with the "Busy Person's Correspondence Card: For Loved Ones".   She got me hooked on Busy Person's Correspondence Cards- a popular type of postcard circa the 1930's.  If you search that in Google image, you'll find some very cute and slightly cheeky cards that would let you select your own message to update your loved ones.  They have versions for your travels, to ask for money, etc.  I always love a good nod to the past, and these cards for busy people are fitting now more than ever.  It's so easy to feel like you are too busy to write more than a text or an email, so I hope this makes it a little easier to send some love to your Valentine all year long!  If I missed you this go-round, you can expect some random love from me sometime in 2016....
