Attending the Garden & Gun Jubilee has been on my "Charleston Bucket List" for many reasons, and this year I finally went!  A trip to Charles Towne Landing is always a good idea, and I especially love it because we got married right under those giant oak trees.  Another huge plus of the Jubilee is that it's dog-friendly!  I knew it would be great, but the inspiring decor, delicious food, and endless vendors of products and libations made this event exceed my expectations.  I hope you enjoy this gallery of some of my favorite snippets of the day.

1. All the COLORS!

This bright and bold color palette has always been a Christmas favorite to me.  It reminds me of the Gap at Christmas when I was in high school!  Bring on pink and yellow Christmas trees!

2. Food & Drinks Galore

There was no shortage of goodness for the other kind of palate, from pecan milk hot chocolate to  bourbon & southern soul food.

3. One Stop Christmas Shopping

This is an easy way to get some extra special items knocked off your list.  We had a calligrapher whip up some ornaments right on site, and there were so many unique goods & artisans around every corner.

4. Serious Scenery

The Legare Waring House and Founder's Hall are just the most gorgeous venues.  You'll find plenty of water nearby (watch for Gators!), and the trees are just brilliant.

5. Decor for Days

You can't beat the details & decor inspiration that the minds behind Garden & Gun come up with.  Swings and hay bales for seats & plaid/gingham everywhere make me wish this event happened more than just annually!

I can hardly wait for next year! Follow me on Instagram to see other fun things happening around Charleston!
